The Web cloak is a reward item from the 2009 Halloween event. It can be put into a toy box in a costume room inside a player-owned house. When obtained, you will receive all the previous Hallowe'en emotes.

Players receive the cape from the Spider Queen after they have put 64 cobwebs together with Eek the Spider in certain places in the Grim Reaper's house to make the Spider Queen move a spider from his bathtub. It does not provide any bonuses, but allows access to the emotes Trick, Zombie Hand and Scared from previous events (once received, not only while wearing it).

If lost, players can get this item back from Diango in Draynor Village.

Trivia

• There was a glitch, in which wearing this cape, following someone who is walking and opening any stat manual would make the player walk in place. It was later fixed.
• The examine text says that the cape is made of black silk and gossamer. Gossamer is spider silk.
• Many players were disappointed or angry when they got the cloak because they expected it to be pure gossamer, just like a web, instead of having a black background.
• There is another glitch while resting half of the cape disappears in the ground.
• Many players wear this to match a skeleton costume (Halloween 2006 event) because of its white and black colours.
• Previously, this cloak was one of only a few to give negative defensive stat bonuses.
• The cloak is worn by Cosplayers.
