A yellow cape can be obtained by using yellow dye on a regular cape which can be obtained by killing a Highwayman. Dyeing a cape yellow requires a crafting level of 1, and grants the player 2.5 xp in crafting. It has very weak bonuses, but is better than nothing at all.
