Smoke Burst is an Ancient Magicks spell that can poison a target in addition to the original damage it inflicts, starting at 20 damage per hit. Players can cast this with a Magic level of 62 or higher and this spell can do a maximum of 170 damage per hit (maximum experience of 170*0.2 = 34*9+36 = 342 per spell.) Like all Ancient Magicks spells, the quest Desert Treasure must be completed to cast this spell.
Remember, you cannot use Lunar Spells or Standard spells if you are using Ancient Magicks.

Trivia
- The maximum hit used to be 19 hitpoints (the equivalent of 190 life points). However, this was changed by Jagex in January 2008.
