Blood Rush requires a Magic level of 56 and can do a maximum of 150 life points per spell. If damage is inflicted on the opponent, the caster is healed for ¼ of the damage inflicted. The maximum amount you can heal with this spell is 40 life points. As with all Ancient Magicks spells, the quest Desert Treasure must be completed to cast this spell.
This healing effect is best with Soul Split as 9/20th of the damage is healed per spell.
Remember, you cannot use Lunar Spells or Standard spells if you are using Ancient Magicks.

Trivia
- The maximum hit used to be 17 hitpoints (the equivalent of 170 life points). However, this was changed by Jagex in January 2008.
- This is the lowest level spell that requires blood runes.
