Barrage spells are the strongest group of multi-target damaging Magic spells in the Ancient spellbook. They are also the highest hitting, and most costly, of the spells in all three of the spell books. They hit all enemies on an adjacent square to the target square. The barrage spells all cost two blood runes, four death runes, and some spell-specific runes.
The best combat mages will usually Ice Barrage and use Blood Barrage for healing when the Soul Split prayer is not available, also, Miasmic Barrage is used when needed.
The barrage spells are as follows:
- Smoke barrage Smoke Barrage (level 86)
- Shadow barrage Shadow Barrage (level 88)
Blood Barrage (level 92)
Ice Barrage (level 94)- Miasmic barrage Miasmic Barrage (level 97)
