Pelter's Veg Stall is a chain of shops located in central Varrock, north-east Yanille, the Duel Arena and western Seers' Village. Each shop sells rotten tomatoes for 1 coin each from a crate. The rotten tomatoes that are sold in these shops can be used to pelt people in the cages doing the Pillory random event, or in the Duel Arena from up above.
The stalls are located near the pillories in each town. If a player is sent to the pillory for a random event, the nearby tramp, or any players who happen to be passing by, may pelt them with rotten tomatoes, until they solve the lock puzzle and are teleported back to their previous activity.
There are no mini-map icons for the stalls, but the pillories are indicated on the maps.
