Iron gauntlets are a reward that can be purchased with 30 tokens from the Fist of Guthix minigame. Unlike normal Fist of Guthix equipment, they discharge by using them on Reggie or on death. They can only be traded when completely uncharged. Buying these from Reggie and selling on the Grand Exchange will provide coins per token. They require 5 Fist of Guthix tokens to recharge. These are currently the best gloves in terms of melee defence stats for a free-to-play pure to use. Although, some free-to-play pures also train ranged, so green dragonhide vambraces can be a cheaper alternative.

On death their charge will be lost, unless in a safe activity.
