The iron defender is the second weakest defender. It is held in the off-hand in place of a shield. The iron defender is dropped by any one of the Cyclops on the top floor of the Warriors' Guild, but only once players have obtained a Bronze defender. It is one of the two defenders that does not provide a strength bonus, along with the bronze defender.
