Ice Rush requires a Magic level of 58 and can do a maximum of 180 life points per spell if wearing the Ancient Staff. It can freeze the target, causing them to become unable to move for 5 seconds. As with all Ancient Magicks spells, the quest Desert Treasure must be completed to cast this spell.
It does not need an Ancient staff to be autocast anymore because of the autocast update by jagex.
Remember, you cannot use Lunar Spells or Standard spells if you are using Ancient Magicks.
