The Ghostly cloak is a piece of members only armour. It is obtained through completing a random section of the Ghostly robes miniquest. There are no requirements to wear and, when worn with the other pieces, the player appears 'ghostlike' (i.e. see-through).

This provides the fourth highest Magic attack bonus in the cape slot, after the Ardougne cloak 3, the completionist cape, and the god capes, and tied with the max cape and wicked cape .
