A Bandos armour set (sk) is made by exchanging all the components of a set of Bandos rune armour with a Grand Exchange clerk. Players can then exchange the set with a Grand Exchange clerk to receive the items individual items. The set is purely to save space and for use in the Grand Exchange. It is made with, and can be exchanged for, a Bandos full helm, a Bandos platebody, a Bandos plateskirt and a Bandos kiteshield.
This armour set along with the Ancient armour set (sk), and the Armadyl armour set (sk) are very popular with scamming higher priced items. The items in this set can vary often be bought much below market price, and the sets price is worth 500k more when boxed. This makes these items often traded for higher value items such as whips, other trimmed armour, and coins, which makes the buyer lose money because of this items low demand.
