Attack mixes are made by adding roe or caviar to a two-dose attack potion, giving 8 additional Herblore experience. This requires level 4 Herblore. These mixes can only be created after completing the herblore part of Barbarian training with Otto Godblessed.
Attack mixes temporarily raise your Attack level by 12%, rounded off to the closest level. If you add roe to a 2 dose attack potion it will become a 2 dose Attack mix which heals 30-60 life points per dose, adding caviar however will not increase the health gain to 50 life points.
