Winter's grip is a herb found in Daemonheim during the Dungeoneering skill. It can be made by cleaning a grimy winter's grip, requiring level 67 Herblore and granting 12.7 Herblore experience. The grimy herb can be grown from a Winter's grip seed with a Farming level of 73. It is the third highest level herb found in Daemonheim.

It can be used with a vial of water to make the following potions:
