The Portable deposit box is a reward for being a member from 1 August through 30 September 2012. It is obtained from Fate cards. This item allows you to set up a bank deposit box wherever you want which will stay in place for 1 hour. You can choose whether to restrict the deposit box for your use only, or to allow anyone access to it. It will disappear - regardless of whether or not it has been used - on 31 December 2012.
If the player logs out or is disconnected the deposit box stays in place However the deposit box is world-specific once placed; the player must re-enter the same game world in order to continue using it.
Note that once a Portable deposit box has been placed, it can no longer be moved and/or re-placed.
The Portable deposit box is the only Choose your fate reward that works in PvP situations such as the Wilderness or minigames which involve PvP combat.
