Palkeera is the deceased mother of the Mahjarrat Khazard. She is mentioned in Zemouregal's Notes Part II. It is currently unknown how she died, as she passed away during the later parts of the God Wars, shortly after giving birth to Khazard. It's possible that she either fell in battle or became the next sacrifice for The Ritual of Rejuvenation.

It should be noted that if she wasn't sacrificed, she would be the first Mahjarrat known to have died outside of the Ritual, the only others being Lucien and possibly Bilrach.
