The Gold athlete's hat was released 11 July 2012, in preparation for the Gielinor Games, but were not made available for purchase until the release of the games on 24 July 2012. The hat gives -1.3kg weight. They cost 1,500 contribution points and may be bought from Oomad Arrows Gielinor Games Reward Shop. Every item from the set can be stored in POH's toy box. The Herculean gold ring or the Gold torch is not a part of the set.

Trivia

• If you wear the gold athlete's hat and reclaim it from either Oomad Arrow or Diango you will get another hat.
• The hat comes with blonde hair and beard, replacing the hair, but not the beard.
