Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Dragonstone) enchants 10 Dragon bolts with the Dragon's Breath effect. This gives the bolt a chance of striking with an effect similar to that of a dragon's breath. The effect is blocked if the player's opponent is wearing an Anti-dragon shield, is a monster of a fiery element, or is a chromatic dragon.
Completing the Seers' Village Elite Tasks doubles the chance that the special effect occurs.
