Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Opal) enchants 10 opal bolts into enchanted opal bolts. This spell enchants the opal bolts with the Lucky Lightning enchantment, which gives the chance of a lightning bolt striking your opponent and causing extra damage.
Completing the Seers' Village Elite Tasks doubles the chance that the special effect occurs.
