The vine ladder is used to access the middle level of the Runespan from the bottom level. It requires level 33 Runecrafting to use, and is located near the middle of the Runespan. You can use a Spicy Stew boost 27-32 Runecrafting to access the Middle floor. (It is very unlikely to be able to get a +5 or 6 boost. +4 is also unlikely but more realistic. Using a Spicy Stew isn't recommended because getting to 33 Runecrafting is much quicker than obtaining a Spicy Stew and getting the correct boost required)
