Serjeant Cole is found in the basement floor of the Officer Tower. He offers his services to players whose rank is below 100. He manages the Rewards shop for the lowest ranking players, the Spoils of War shop, and he enchants Gold rings for 37,100 Reward Credits, earned by playing Mobilising Armies.
