Saradomin page 2 can be found as a reward from level one clue scrolls, all the way through level three clue scrolls. The pages are used to fill a "Damaged book" received from the Horror from the Deep quest. Once you have all four pages of that God's book, you can preach from it, as well as bless symbols (50 prayer required). Adding all 4 pages to the Saradomin Damaged Book will create Saradomin's holy book.
