The Illuminated Ancient Book can be created after finishing One Piercing Note. To make this book, use an ancient book on the book stand in the Abbey of St. Elspeth Citharede and complete all the steps to make the illuminated version.
The illuminated book has the same stats as the original book, apart from an extra +3 difference in Prayer bonus.
