Ribcage pieces are obtained as a drop from Dagannoths and Wallasalkis, found underneath Waterbirth Island. Along with a fibula piece, a skull piece, 6 dagannoth hides, and 22,500 coins, a ribcage piece can be traded to Peer the Seer for full skeletal armour. The ribcage piece alone, along with 3 hides and 10,000 coins, can be traded for skeletal top.
