The Skeletal top is a member's only piece of Fremennik armour that is worn primarily by mages. To wear a Skeletal top the player must have completed The Fremennik Trials quest and have Defence and Magic levels of at least 40. It has about the same stats as a Splitbark body.
A Skeletal top can be obtained by bringing 3 Dagannoth hides, 1 Ribcage piece and 10,000 coins to Peer the Seer in Rellekka.
