Skull pieces are obtained as a rare drop from Wallasalkis, found underneath Waterbirth Island. Along with a fibula piece, a ribcage piece, 6 dagannoth hides, and 22,500 coins, a skull piece can be traded to Peer the Seer for full skeletal armour. The skull piece alone with 1 hide and 5,000 coins can be traded for skeletal helm.
