The Jester hat was one of the eight receivable hats and scarves from the 2005 Christmas event. If you manage to destroy, alch, or drop it you can get a new one from Diango in Draynor Village. This hat looks similar to the Silly Jester Hat obtainable during The Fremennik Isles quest. It matches the Jester scarf. The Jester hat is now discontinued like all of the other Christmas hats and scarves.
