Initiate cuisse is a piece of Initiate armour that can be obtained from Sir Tiffy Cashien in Falador after completing the Recruitment Drive quest. The quest is required to equip the cuisse, along with 20 Defence. It has the exact equivalent defence bonuses as mithril platelegs, but also offers +5 Prayer bonus. It is white with bright gold trim.
This piece of armour cannot be made using the Smithing skill. Even though this armour is trimmed, it cannot be obtained from any treasure trail.
The cuisse, if part of a full set of the armour, can be stored in the Armour case of a Player-owned house, and comes as part of the Initiate Harness m.

- When Armour Graphical Update came out, cuisse stopped animating with legs on female character.
