Green d'hide chaps are green dragonhide armour worn in the legwear slot. Green d'hide chaps are the best chaps available to non-member rangers and require level 40 Ranged to wear. This armour is also a popular choice for level 1 Defence pures. They have stats similar to Black Platelegs, making them the best possible armour for the leg slot with 1 Defence in Free-to-play. They can be created by members through the Crafting skill at level 60 with two green d-leathers, giving 124 Crafting experience. They can also be purchased at Scavvo's Rune Store in the Champion's Guild south of Varrock, and at Seddu's Adventurers' Store in Nardah. This armour may also be obtained as a drop from Elf warriors. They are needed for some emote clues.
