A Giant's hand is obtained through Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza, which is a part of Distractions and Diversions. It is rewarded to players who earn between 1 and 500 points in any of the circus performances, and is the last piece of the audience outfit. Despite its name, it has nothing to do with Hill giants or any other giant. If players lose this item, they can talk to Balthazar Beauregard to obtain it. This item does not give any bonuses. It is equipable in the weapons slot, and is held like a two-handed sword.
