Acrobat hoods are obtained through Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza, which is a part of Distractions and Diversions. These are rewarded to players who earn between 501 and 1,000 points in any of the circus performances.
If players score between 501 and 1,000 points, they will always get the Acrobat hood first, followed by the Acrobat shoes, the Acrobat pants, and finally the Acrobat shirt. Players will receive nothing after they have rewarded with all 4 items.

Trivia
- There is a glitch with the Acrobat hood. If a player wears the hood for a while, they may become bald.
- When wearing the hood, all facial hair disappears and your character's eyes appear greyish-blue.
- When doing the Acrobat skill part in the circus, the skin colour of the character will automatically revert to white.
