Acrobat shoes are obtained through Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza, which is a part of Distractions and Diversions. These are rewarded to players who earn between 501 and 1,000 points in any of the circus performances.

If players score between 501 and 1,000 points, they will always get the Acrobat hood first, followed by the Acrobat shoes, the Acrobat pants, and finally the Acrobat shirt. Players will receive nothing after they have been rewarded with all 4 items.
