Fremennik helms are a medium level helmet that can only be worn after completing the Fremennik Trials Quest. Fremennik helms are dropped by Fremennik guards and Dagannoths.
Bardur in Waterbirth Island dungeon will give a cooked Shark in exchange for a Fremennik helm, Fremennik blade or Fremennik shield.
The helm has the same bonuses as an Adamant full helmet. The helm cannot be traded, although it is possible to cast High Level Alchemy on it to obtain 3900 coins. While in "items kept in death" tab in RuneScape the helm is shown to be worth 6,500 coins (carried wealth). The stats of this helmet are intermediary to the stats of the two melee Fremennik helms, and the two non-melee Fremennik helms.
People used to mistake these helms for the other Fremennik helmets because the Summoning page used to say that Fremennik helms can be enchanted at level 35 Summoning, this has now been changed to list the Berserker, Farseer, Archer and Warrior helm separately.
