A Broken arrow can be found in certain spawn points, by searching crates, by playing the Varrock Museum and the Fishing Trawler activities, on the ground at the rangers guild or may appear in the inventory if players are equipped with ava's accumulator or ava's attractor. It may also be obtained from the Round Table Knights during the King's Ransom quest.
When it is caught during Fishing Trawler, the player receives 5 Fishing experience. In the Varrock Museum, the archaeological expert says, "No doubt this arrow was shot by a strong warrior!"
Broken arrows and broken staves can be repaired at a repair bench in a player-owned house. fi:Broken arrow
When repaired, players receives a message telling them what arrow they fixed. It may be a Mithril arrow, Steel arrow, Iron arrow, Bronze arrow, Headless arrow, or no arrow if it was beyond repair.
