Miasmic spells are one of five types of Ancient Magicks combat spells that halve the attack speed of Melee and Ranged for a limited time. Miasmic spells require Zuriel's staff to be cast and the special effect only works on other players, not NPCs. The Miasmic spells were released years after the other Ancient Magicks combat spells, and the spell icons of Miasmic spells look different.

The four types of Miasmic spells are:

• Miasmic Rush, a type of rush spell cast with the Magic skill.
• Miasmic Burst, a type of burst spell cast with the Magic skill.
• Miasmic Blitz, a type of blitz spell cast with the Magic skill.
• Miasmic Barrage, a type of barrage spell cast with the Magic skill.
