A Left eyepatch is a lootable item from Pirate implings, which can be caught after the Rocking Out quest.
It can be changed into a Double eyepatch by having Patchy on Mos Le'Harmless sew a left eyepatch and a right eyepatch together. A Pirate hat and eyepatch can also be made by having Patchy sew a left eyepatch and a pirate hat together.
The left eyepatch can be difficult to come across; you may have to loot up to 50 or more Pirate impling jars to get one.

Trivia
- When this item was first released with the Rocking Out quest update, its price was somewhere around 20,000 coins. However, Jagex manually edited the price to a fraction of what it was previously worth. The reason for the price manipulation is unknown, and was not explained.
- The price has taken a huge jump ever since the release of the new Wilderness/Free Trade. It is currently worth over 300 times more than its right-eye counterpart.
