Patchy is a pirate who can be found south-west of the bank on Mos Le'Harmless. A book of piracy is required to speak with him unless Rocking Out has been completed.
Patchy can sew certain items together. These include:
- Bandana and eyepatch from an eyepatch and a pirate bandana,
- Hat eyepatch from an eyepatch and a pirate hat,
- Crabclaw hook from a crab claw and a pirate's hook,
- Cavalier and mask from a black cavalier and a highwayman mask,
- Beret mask from a mime mask and a black beret,
- Double eyepatches from an eye patch and a left eyepatch
- Pirate hat and eyepatches from an eye patch, a left eyepatch and a pirate hat,
- Bandana and eyepatches from a pirate bandana and double eyepatches.
It costs 500 coins to connect them, and 600 coins to take them apart.
