The Bronze hasta is a one handed melee weapon, similar to the spear. It is member's only and can only be used in combat. It is the weakest hasta in RuneScape. To wield this weapon, players need to have completed training with Otto Godblessed. Apart from this, there are no requirements to wield this weapon. To obtain a bronze hasta the player can either create one using the Smithing skill or trade with another player. The bronze hasta can be poisoned.

To create a bronze hasta, players needs to have completed training with Otto Godblessed, have a Smithing level of at least 5 and have some normal logs, a bronze bar and a hammer in their inventory. The player just needs to use the bar on the anvil to make the bronze hasta. This will grant the player 25 Smithing experience.
