Marble incense burners are pieces of furniture that can be built in the Chapel of a player-owned house with the Construction skill. Marble burners are the highest-levelled burners, though they provide the same Prayer experience bonus as the other two varieties of burner. Lit incense burners improve Prayer experience gained when using bones with the altar in the room, depending on the altar. Players receive 50% more experience per burner from the bones.
The player must have a tinderbox or Dwarven Army Axe and a marrentill herb to light a burner; for the maximum Prayer bonus, both burners have to be lit, requiring two marrentills.
The burners burn 2 minutes and 10 seconds just like the other burners. They will not stay lit when the player leaves the house.
Building Marble incense burners requires at least 69 Construction, two marble blocks, and two steel bars. Creating marble incense burners gives 1,040 Construction experience.
Although there appears to be gold and wood in the burner, neither of those materials (Gold Leaf or planks) are required to build it.
