Mahogany incense burners are pieces of furniture that can be built in the Chapel of a player-owned house with the Construction skill. Lit incense burners improve Prayer experience gained when using bones with the altar in the room, depending on the altar.
Both incense burners give the same prayer bonus. The player must have clean marrentill to light a burner; for maximum prayer bonus, both burners have to be lit.
Building mahogany incense burners requires at least 65 Construction, four Mahogany planks and two Steel bars. Creating mahogany incense burners gives 600 Construction experience.
The burners burn 2 minutes and 10 seconds just like the other burners. They will not stay lit when the player leaves the house.
