Wizard robe skirts (known previously as Blue skirts) are skirts available to both free players and members. They can be bought from Thessalia at her shop, Thessalia's Fine Clothes. They are commonly worn by mages.
In riots, players wearing Wizard skirts are usually pro-Jagex, and players wearing pink skirts are anti-Jagex.
Prior to the 31 January 2012 update, the wizard robe skirt was simply known as blue skirt and had no stats. This update gave both the blue and black versions a new name and appearance and a slight stat boost.

Due to the exreme difference in pricing between Wizard robe skirts in Thessalia's shop and the Grand Exchange, a small profit may be made by buying them in Thessalia's Fine Clothes and re-selling them in the Grand Exchange.
