Sir Tiffy Cashien.
Sir Tiffy Cashien.

Sir Tiffy Cashien is an old knight who sits on a bench in Falador Park, and is head of recruitment for the Temple Knights, which has strong ties to the White Knights. He is also where players can start Wanted!, Slug Menace, Quiet Before the Swarm and Ritual of the Mahjarrat Quests. He sells Initiate armour and Proselyte armour, and is seen wearing White armour with a black trim. After completing the Recruitment Drive quest, a player can ask Sir Tiffy to use the Gaze of Saradomin to change the player's respawn point to or from Falador.

Sir Tiffy also features prominently in the first RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador. In the novel, he helps to support Asgarnia during the War of 164.

As with many White and Temple Knights, his name is a play on words. It sounds like "certification" if said correctly.

Sir Tiffy is always (except in Quiet Before the Swarm, The Void Stares Back and Ritual of the Mahjarrat, where he is standing) seen drinking tea, this could be because a stereotype of the British is tea drinking.

He has a niece, Eva, who assists the player in Salt in the Wound.

Sir Tiffy can be handed the Knight's notes from the Knight (Sir Gerry) near the God Wars Dungeon entrance. To get the knight's notes you just have to enter the God Wars Dungeon and the Knight (Sir Gerry) will speak to you.

Locked in battle with General Khazard.
