A Thigat staff can only be found in Daemonheim and has no requirements to wield. At complexity level 3+ and level 68 Fletching, the staff can be made by using a knife on Thigat branches (yielding 106 fletching xp).
As a staff made of Tier 7 wood it can be imbued on a runecrafting altar to become any magical staff up to the Empowered earth staff (70 Runecrafting).
