These Temple Knights appear during the fight with General Khazard in Ritual of the Mahjarrat. They will engage Khazard's minions in combat, allowing you to focus your attacks on General Khazard himself. Although they have an "Attack" option, they cannot be attacked, as they are assisting you.
They have a combat level of 120.
