Swamp titans (not to be confused with Moss titan) are level 85 Summoning familiars, introduced with the "Summoning 2" update on 31 March 2008. These familiars are part of the Titan group of familiars.

Swamp titan pouch is made by using a Summoning pouch on a Summoning obelisk with 150 spirit shards, a Crimson charm and a swamp lizard in the inventory. Making the pouch earns 373.6 experience points. Using the pouch to summon a Swamp titan gains 4.2 experience points, and costs 9 Summoning points.

Swamp plague scroll enables the use of the Swamp Plague special move for a Swamp titan. Using the pouch on a Summoning obelisk creates 10 scrolls.

Swamp Plague

Swamp Plague is a special move for Swamp titans that costs 6 special move points to use. The titan makes a magical attack (max hit 20 life points) against its target and also inflicts poison on all monsters in the nearby area. The poison damage starts at 58 and, like all poison, gradually decreases over time.

The scroll is used by clicking the special move box and then clicking on an enemy for the titan to attack. If when trying to use the special move you get a message that the titan 'cannot attack this Npc', first have the titan normally attack the enemy and then use the special move on it.
