The Spined helm is a piece of Fremennik armour that is primarily worn by rangers. To wear a spined helm the player must have completed the Fremennik trials quest and have at least 40 Defence and Ranged. To obtain a spined helm, bring 1 dagannoth hide, 1 circular hide and 5,000 coins to Sigli the Huntsman in Rellekka. Most often you can find one trading with another player, or on the Grand Exchange.

Trivia
- Strangely, when you examine a Sacred Clay helm (melee) when it's out of charges, it says: The sacred clay hat has transformed into a spined helm, even though it looks nothing like one.
