Spice is an item used in Cooking. It can be bought from the Culinaromancer's Chest after the Recipe for Disaster quest or bought from the Spice seller in Ardougne market. It can also be stolen from the Spice stall (requires level 65 Thieving) or looted from a Gourmet impling or baby impling. Though it comes in a shaker, it is a one-use item. Not to be confused with Gnome Spice.
Spice can be added to an uncooked stew to make uncooked curry (as an alternative to three curry leaves).
Due to its rather high price, spice can be a good profit-making item. Just buying from the Spice seller and the Culinaromancer's Chest makes roughly double profit. Killing mummies (which can be done massively) and looting Gourmet Implings is also a good way to earn these.
Spice is needed during three quests: Desert Treasure, Missing My Mummy and the Freeing the Goblin generals part of Recipe for Disaster.
