Sakirth is a Dragonkin that was shown in the final cutscene after completing the quest While Guthix Sleeps. It appears that he is planning something along with two fellow Dragonkin: Sithaph and Strisath. He also is wearing a turquoise robe.
At the climax of Ritual of the Mahjarrat, Sakirth is responsible for slaying the Mahjarrat Lucien. After Strisath disarms Lucien of the Staff of Armadyl, Sakirth picks up the Staff and strikes Lucien from behind with it; Lucien is knocked to the ground, and the Staff is broken. Sakirth then leaps atop the fallen Lucien and stabs him through the chest with the Staff's broken shaft, killing him instantly.
According to what was seen in the cutscene, it seems as if Sakirth has gained great power from the Stone of Jas. Sakirth's body was glowing brightly just like the player's during the quest after you have made contact with the stone. Since the Dragonkin were forced to protect the Stone of Jas, it might be a clue that after the stone was stolen, the curse that was laid upon the Dragonkin had been released and they no longer are bound to protect it anymore, which hints at their freedom.
Another theory is: Since the Dragonkin were forced to be guardians over the Stone of Jas, the cut-scene may be hinting that their power and duty to protect the Stone has returned. Since Lucien has stolen the Stone, the Dragonkin may be able to finally leave the fortress that they have been forced in for so long and are given free reins to do whatever it takes (with whatever power) to retrieve the stone. They have been waiting for the Stone to be taken.
