The Quartermaster is an NPC character in the Tyras Camp. He sells and buys every kind of halberd except the white halberd (which can only be obtained from Sir Vyvin in Falador). Upon completion of Regicide, players may purchase a dragon halberd from him. However, the prices on the Grand Exchange are much lower.
