Shears are used to remove wool from sheep. Wool is spun to make a ball of wool. Shears can be bought in most general stores. Shears can be stored on the Toolbelt.
A set of shears respawn in Draynor Manor in the farthest room to the south-east. They can be taken from a tool store in a player-owned house.
With the toolbelt update, there is a new task called "Shear Convenience". This is achieved by adding a set of shears to the tool belt.
