Obsidian equipment

Obsidian equipment is a group of TzHaar weapons and armour from TzHaar City, that are member's only. To wield obsidian weaponry, the player must have at least 60 Attack, Strength, Magic or Ranged while obsidian armour (except the cape) requires at least 60 Defence to wear. Obsidian equipment cannot be made using the Crafting skill.

Information

To obtain obsidian equipment, a player can either:

Buy the items from the weapon shop in Tzhaar for Tokkul.
Trade with another player.
Buy from the Grand Exchange.
Obtain them as a rare monster drop in the TzHaar City.
Fire Cape is the reward for defeating TzTok-Jad, although this item is technically not obsidian.

The names for all Obsidian equipment, except for the capes, Obsidian cape and Fire Cape, are in the TzHaar language, unlike other types of equipment.

Obsidian equipment has recently suffered a great drop in price as more gold farmers have begun to kill Tzhaar monsters.
